Short Bio:
Senior consultant and trainer dedicated to advancing Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI), Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), and transformative change. For many years, I have guided gender-responsive and gender-transformative initiatives across Africa, the Caribbean, and Europe, bridging analysis, empathy, and creativity. I have extensive experience in GESI analysis and the development of GESI action plans, ensuring programs and policies are inclusive, equitable, and impactful. I bring a deep understanding of intersectional and feminist approaches to energy transition and access, education, and creative industries. A certified Equity Fresk Facilitator in France and DEI Coach, with a Master’s in Gender and Sexuality in Global Politics (SOAS), I combine analytical rigour with imagination and participatory methods that inspire systemic, lasting inclusion.
